Job Description:

Accounting Process

1. Manage process oversight and initiate process improvements from strategic point of view
2. Interpret accounting policy and distribute to outsource team
3. Ensure process flow and DTP documents update
4. Payable accounts Reconciliation review
5. Support Audit to provide documents accurately and timeliness and explanation when necessary
6. Risk Management, Scan, track and implement actions to mitigate risk
7. Manage escalations, Issue detection and resolution as well as requests from internal team
8. Support reports, analysis and dashboard as needed from executives and business team with consistence and short turnaround time.

Project support

1. Project Initiation/Support for new business scenario, and process enhancement as of efficiency, standardization and compliance & control.
2. Support SAP ECC to S4 Hana migration, Cash Management etc. key project as one of key process owner.
3. Track and monitor project status in difference phase, report project status with executives.

Manage outsource team Performance

1. Manage outsource team’s SLA through SLA and KPI
2. Governance meeting with outsource team to review the operational issues and actions
3. Compliance test monthly
4. Manage outsource team on transformation projects design, implementation and outcome.

Talent Requirements:

Experience Requirements

1. More than 5 years working experiences in PTP process
2. Working experience in worldwide group company is required
3. Experience of team management and project leader is preferred
4. Familiar with Ariba, Concur, E-banking, SAP etc. is preferred

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent communication and organization skill
2. Multiple tasks management skills
3. Deep understanding of accounting process and standards
4. Deep understanding of PTP E2E process
5. Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin

Education

1. Finance or accounting field is required
