职位描述和要求:

Job description
1. GSC SCaaS PM leads overall strategy & execution management，plays as key person to interface with GSC SCaaS teams and executive reviews
2. Strategy design, Industry intelligence study, portfolio & solutions design, sales channels exploration & E2E operation model management. Play as key role for above all and build E2E teams as solution suppliers. 
3. Collaboratively engagement with GSC SCaaS teams(BUs, Fin, HR, IT& Pro teams), ensure strategy & initiatives alignment, project delivered, KPI performance implemented, actions followed up and closed.
4. Continuous driving GSC SCaaS performance, risk management and alliance.
5. SCaaS market intelligence expert
Qualifications:
1 5~10 years above experience in Supply chain( fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics) or supply chain strategy, or sales operations, or any other supply chain operations functions
2 Knowledge of SCaaS industry, market and operation model, experienced in SCAS execution role.
3 Understand SCaaS product portfolio, sales channels and operation model or process, that benefit of setting up better GSC SCaaS requirements or actions 
4 Flexible and Innovative, strategic thinking and solid action driver, also willing to be working under pressure 
5 Strong leadership, also a good team player, 
6 Strong relationship building and influencer  
7 Executive review and hands on capabilities 
8 Good English and presentation skills
