职位描述和要求:

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Analyze and measure data quality from various data sources
  2. Define metrics and evaluations that measure data health and quality
  3. Experiment with algorithms and machine learning to improve data quality
  4. Utilize human input as feedback to algorithms and machine learning models
  5. Identify patterns from data anomalies to help detect issues
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally across many teams
  7. Create clear and concise documentation

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related technical area, e.g. Computer Science
  2. 7 years + experience with a programming or query language, e.g. Python, SQL
  3. 7 years + experience as a data analyst or data scientist
  4. Proficiency in big data technologies
  5. Proven experience in rule-based algorithms and machine learning models and techniques
  6. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  7. Experience with statistical analysis and sampling strategies
  8. Experience with data modeling eg PBI, RPA
  9. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  10. Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with others
