职位描述和要求:

Responsibilities:

1. Design PC software products for closed-loop management throughout the entire process from requirements, development, testing, delivery, and iteration;
2. Proficient in using various tools (such as Ink Knife, Axure, Visio, Word, PPT, etc.) to describe business prototypes, business requirements, and write solutions. Able to independently complete prototype diagrams and product PRD documents.
3. Through industry research, user research, and data analysis, continuously gain insights into the needs and scenarios of user groups, and propose directions for product iteration;
4. Design and development of AI related products, understand the application scenarios and development trends of AI technology
5. Conduct in-depth data analysis and review to enhance industry and user insights.


Requirements:


1.  More than 5 years of experience as a product/project manager, with a full process awareness and understanding of the latest developments and directions in the industry,
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, artificial intelligence, product design, and related fields.
Having experience in analyzing user data, familiar with methods and tools for analyzing user behavior and user profiling.
3. Possess PMP certification, rich experience in software product management, familiar with software product lifecycle management
4. Possess excellent AI product analysis and planning, and keenly grasp market demand
5. Diligent and responsible in work, proactive, with a strong sense of teamwork and leadership skills
6. Possess excellent communication and expression skills, adept at cross departmental coordination and cooperation, and promote the successful implementation of projects
7. Possess strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to think independently and solve problems.
8. Has a high sense of responsibility and requirements for user experience and product quality, and can withstand certain work pressure.
