岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Marketing Asset Development
o Create high-impact marketing materials (e.g., product guides, sales decks, website content, videos, social media assets).
o Ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines and regional market needs.
2. Collaboration with Product Managers (PMs)
o Partner with PMs to identify product USPs, features, and competitive advantages.
o Translate product and technical specs into customer-centric stories for diverse audiences across internal region teams and external partners and customers.
3. GEO 4P Team Engagement and Sales Enablement
o Collaborate with regional teams (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to tailor product marketing and campaign strategies.
o Provide actionable insights on market trends and competitor activity.
o Equip GEO sales teams with tools (FAQs, battle cards, demo scripts) and training sessions.
o Highlight product differentiators and counter competitive threats.
4. GTM Strategy & Execution
o Lead end-to-end GTM plans for product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment (Sales, PR, Digital).
o Track campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
5. Market Influence Amplification
o Leverage digital channels, PR, and events to boost product visibility.
o Develop thought leadership content (case studies, whitepapers) to reinforce expertise.
岗位要求/Job Requirements:
• Experience: around 5 years in product marketing/communications, preferably in accessories (consumer electronics, or lifestyle sectors).
• Skills:
o Exceptional storytelling and copywriting abilities.
o Proficiency in marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, CapCut, PPT, etc.).
o Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
o Customer-oriented mindset with experience in creativity.
• Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages a plus for global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in global markets and multilingual capabilities.
• Familiarity with marketing tools.
