Job Responsibilities:
Lenovo’s Cloud & Software Organization is seeking a Global Process Owner to support SaaS and Software products. This candidate would develop end-to-end transformation strategy and engineering processes to optimize SaaS and Software sales. The candidate would be responsible for working with cross-functional stakeholders to align business requirements working with technical teams for implementation. The candidate would also be responsible for fulfillment and process optimization for Software delivery. The candidate should be detail oriented, a proactive self-starter, exhibit the ability to work effectively with cross functional worldwide teams, and have a customer first mentality.
Main Scope:
1. E2E process design for offerings and solutions
- Technical change management
- Transformation process documentation
- Alignment cross multiple stakeholders
Job Requirements:
1. 5+ years in Transformation or related role
- Basic understanding of transformation and order fulfillment systems
- Ability to work effectively with wide range of individuals across a diverse and global community
- Problem Solving: Must have the ability to quickly analyze complex problems, then create and implement solutions.
- Strong communicator: English speaking; excellent written and oral skills are a must, as the individual must have the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of staff, management, and customers
- Customer Centric Mindset: Must have a “customer first” mentality to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience, in support of our organizations overall satisfaction (OSAT) KPIs.
- Independent and proactive thinker who can manage their own workload
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or STEM discipline preferred
