1. Manage Japan Global Account multiple business performance to deliver the company initiative.
2. Conduct weekly business cadence with s sales team and cross function.
3. Engage with AP and vertical leaders for business updates.
4. Support the sales leader with analysis and recommendation to support the sales target.
5. Design the business management system to grow the strategic products.
6. Involve in business planning process to establish the global account strategy.
Job Requirements:
1. Advanced Japanese and English.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
3. 3-5 years’ experience in inside sales or sales operations.
4. Ability to carry out tasks under minimal supervision.
5. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
7. Highly self initatied to seek for improvement.
8. Proficiency in PBI, Excel Marco or any automation tool.
