Responsibility:
1. Manage E2E order tracking/closures, Monitor aged order status & drive action to minimize such cases.
2. Highlighting the Critical order list & work with WW SSC and AP Region team to ensure better customer experience.
3. Look for opportunities to save cost via remodeling SC network / leverage any best practices to improve cost, efficiency & productivity.
4. On project incubation, create an environment of continuous improvement with innovative solutions aimed to improve our customers’ experience, process enhancement and cost reduction.
5. Manage E2E business management system and monitor segment KPI.
Qualification:
1. 5+years working experience in supply chain area. Electronic industry background is preferred.
2. Fluent in written and oral English. Be able to use English as the working language.
3. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skill with vendor, and cross-function teams.
5. Passion for business and be highly self-motivated & result-oriented.
6. Flexible and positive communication skills and good at teamwork.
