职位描述和要求:

Lenovo is proud to offer our Global Future Leaders Program to the best and brightest graduates globally. This program engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them in the world of a global technology company. In your first two years, you will be able to participate in cross-organization/cross-border rotations where you will transform and grow while engaging with key stakeholders, gaining deep insight into our organization, and developing comprehensive leadership skills as well as technical capabilities while making a global impact. Through customized training, networking, and development initiatives, our goal is to fast-track your growth and support your development to achieve a leadership role by year five.

In this Global Future Leader role, you will act as an Americas Services Operations Analyst. You will be responsible for driving insights surrounding our Services Customer Experience (CX) related analyzes, creation of reports and presentations, and partnership with areas of the business related to Customer Experience.  Your initiatives will be aimed at driving team / individual performance and attaining team goals. As part of this team, you will handle emails, meetings, and presentations. You will be responsible for utilizing available tools to provide inputs, feedbacks, and insights related to Customer Experience and its related areas. A combination of being a good listener, articulate, patient, and proactivity is a must. Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide insights based on CX Services data to drive increased customer satisfaction.
  • Gather specific CX and segment/territory/rep data to pinpoint best practices to be shared
  • Research competitive and market CX data and practices and results to drive new strategic direction within Lenovo Americas Services business
  • Drive analytics utilizing data warehousing and business intelligence platforms, such as SQL
    Create data visualization to display data in an easily digestible format
  • Lead / participate in team projects to drive these identified CX related initiatives to closure
Job Requirements: 
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence team members; willingness to take risks as well as responsibilities.
  • Experience in CX, Data Analytics with a Sales/Business Mix is a great fit for this role
  • Superior organizational skills including attention to detail as well as multitasking.
  • Ability in critical thinking, problem-solving and long-range planning.
  • Strong ability in quantitative analysis and data-driven insights formation.
  • Communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Master's Degree Preferred: MBA, Customer Experience, Analytics or Engineering are good fits

Global Future Leaders Program REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor or master’s Students graduating between 2020 - 2022 completing a degree in Technology or Business Management disciplines
  • GPA: 3.3 minimum
  • Visionary spirit with thought leadership with a passion for technology and innovation
  • International expertise (study abroad, internships)
  • Willingness to work from Beijing-China, Chicago-IL, Raleigh/Durham-NC, or countries in European and Asia Pacific Regions.
  • Program Start Date: July 2022, can be flexible based on graduation date
