 Responsibilities and Duties:

• Be responsible for software development process standardized and definition, monitor and ensure the implementation of specification and processes.
• Collect process data, analyze software quality problems, identify software problems, and propose improvement suggestions.
• Set the overall goals of software quality team to ensure consistency with the quality goal of the Lenovo Research Vehicle Computing Lab.
• Be familiar with problem-solving methods, guide the team in problem-solving and analysis, proficiently with tools such as 8D and DMAIC. Be able to provide ASPICE system knowledge training to technical engineers.
• Be familiar with IATF16949 and ASPICE embedded software requirements, establish a sound software quality assurance process.
• Formulate project software quality objectives and regularly issue project software quality reports. Develop and execute a software development process audit plan, analyze, track, and summarize the audit results.

Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of software quality or software related work experience, could actively Promote the construction of software development process.
• Familiar with the development mode of embedded software, familiar with ASPICE, and having VDA internal auditor qualification is preferred.
• Familiar with the automotive industry system, understanding the relevant requirements of IATF16949, and familiarity with ALM, JIRA and other related systems is preferred.
• Familiar with the entire vehicle development and SOP process, and familiar with the development and delivery process of automotive electronic software and hardware.
• Strong communication skills and training skills.
• Excellent adaptability and self-learning ability. Proficient English skill in oral and written.
