Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for sourcing and importing new suppliers according to supplier import criteria and material demand.

2. Responsible for supplier contract signing and quotation negotiation, and maintain effective purchase price in the system.

3. Responsible to establish supplier management strategy according to product demand appetite and industry trend.

4.Responsible for the cost survey of required material, market supply and technical capability assessment, and managing supplier resource pool.

5.Deeply analyzed the cost structure, and continuously optimized cost in multiple dimensions.

6.Comprehensive management of suppliers according to the performance evaluation standards. Guidance suppliers and optimize the performance.

7.Visit suppliers regularly. Develop their potential ability to achieve synergy and mutual win.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years’ experience in sourcing job position is preferred. Electronic mechanical related procurement would be a plus.

2.Fluent in spoken Mandarin and English. Proficiency in office software, especially PPT.

3.Superior presentation skill and the ability to adapt messaging to target audiences.

4.Outgoing personality and emotionally resilient. Able to work under pressure.

5.A team player. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong aptitude to learn and rapidly adapt to new challenge.

6.Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
