职位描述和要求:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  1. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  2. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  3. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  4. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  5. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  6. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Data Modeling:

  1. Design, implement, and document data architecture and data modeling solutions, including relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.
  2. Implement business and IT data requirements through new data strategies and designs across all data platforms.
  3. Define and govern data modeling and design standards, tools, best practices, and related development for enterprise data models.
  4. Identify the architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces to data sources, tools supporting automated data loads, security concerns, analytic models, and data visualization.
  5. Hands-on modeling, design, configuration, installation, performance tuning, and sandbox proof of concept (POC).

End-to-End Channel Business Analyst 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Collect and analyze sales data from various indirect channels (distributors, resellers, agents, etc.).
  2. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Create regular reports and dashboards to track channel performance.

Sales Process Optimization:

  1. Evaluate end-to-end sales processes within indirect channels.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  3. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for smoother operations.

Forecasting and Planning:

  1. Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
  2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
  3. Assist in creating sales targets and quotas for channel partners.

Channel Performance Metrics:

  1. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for indirect sales channels.
  2. Monitor KPIs regularly and provide insights to drive improvements.
  3. Assess partner performance against targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics is preferred.
  2. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  3. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  4. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
  5. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
  6. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
