职位描述和要求:

Job description:

Ø Develop new business opportunities and Cooperate with Account Sales to achieve sales quota.

Ø Maintain good communication and relationship with customers. Understand Customers needs to provide appropriate and competitive solutions.

Ø Understand end customer needs, and drive internal teams to work out configuration and solution and timely response to customer.

Ø Timely follow up deal progress with customer, and answer customer’s questions.

Ø Proactively maintain good customer experience.

Listen customer’s feedback and work with internal teams on improvement actions.

Ø High level of communication ability, internal coordination ability and project management skills is required to utilize the necessary resources.


Responsibilities:

Ø Work as a customer contact point and play central role in the company.

Ø Listen to customer’s requests, current situations and problems, collaborate with internal departments, select and propose optimum solutions and products for customer.

Ø Associate with sales teams and configuration teams to optimize the quotation.

Ø Understand your clients while handling the cases to find more business opportunities in conversations with customers.


Requirements:

Education: Bachelor Degree or above. IT or related Major.

Language: Fluency in Japanese and English

Ø Experience in inside sales

Ø Experience in IT industry as sales support

Ø Experience in pre-sales for hardware (server, storage, network products)

Ø 3+ years of IT vendor experience, or H/W general proposal activity. Practical experience as a SE.

Ø Strong spirit of challenge and strong desire to learn new things.

Ø Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and positively.

Ø Be responsible for achieving sales revenue.
