职位描述和要求:
Lenovo EMEA Global Supply Chain organization is searching for an Order Fulfillment specialist to join our Supply Assurance team as a Supply Planning Consultant. This is a hands-on role, driving product commercial success by combining ideally product knowledge, strategic demand/supply planning, solution positioning, and sales strategy. As a Supply Planning Consultant, you will work with internal customer (Sales Operations managers, 4P managers, Customer fulfillment & production management teams. Your job requires product knowledge, sales support, and strategic consulting while articulating solution value proposition.
Job descriptions:
1. Check supply vs. demand plan on respective product brand and ensure both are aligned with business targets & product transitions in cooperation with demand planning & business teams
2. Collect all critical supply updates, production transition updates, prepare the proper guidance & present them to Sales & 4P teams
3. Work with account executives & demand planning teams on sales forecasts & large opportunities and ensure Sales teams have set the right expectations of order fulfillment & lead times to customer and in the same ensure the back-end teams secure supply on time for the planned deals & run-rate business
4. Prepare & communicate supply analysis & executive summaries to Management
5. Build strong relationships with cross functional teams and leverage relationships to drive execution
6. Provide Available-to-Sell analysis to Sales community on regular basis
Position requirements:
1. Product management &/or Supply Chain &/or Production management &/or Project management experience (3-5 years)
2. Proficient level of English language (spoken & written, report directly to the European manager)
3. Experience creating presentations and presenting to decision makers
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Strong analytical, organizational skills and time management skills
6. Excellent problem solving and analytic skills.
