职位描述和要求:
Job Responsibilities:
1. NPI/Regular/LTB whole lifecycle global service parts planning operation.
2. Commodity parts planning logic, process, supply strategy design and improvement.
3. Owns the Parts Availability, backlog and Inventory/WOS/E&O performance KPI
4. Manage the fine balance between new parts and repaired parts supply picture in the forecast plan to minimize materials cost and inventory
5. Manage parts substitutions and quality issues with cross functional team to minimize impact to parts availability and inventory level
6. Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
7. Ensure all Purchase Orders are executed at timely manner with appropriate acknowledgement responses from supplier/upstream
8. Execute shipment pull-in and push-out for demand surge and demand decline situation
9. Co-work with region team on country special project support
10. Planning data collection and accuracy maintain and other job assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- 1~3Y supply chain planning work experience at manufacturing enterprise, best in after-sale parts planning.
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree of logistics management, supply chain management, mathematics or statistics major.
- Good English skills in listening, writing and communication. Good data analysis skill in EXCEL, SQL, Power query, power BI.
