职位描述和要求:

主要职责:

  • 为用户撰写和编辑产品生命周期全程的内容;
  • 支持流程改进,为文案指南做出贡献,并提高我们推动影响力的能力;
  • 撰写、校对和编辑简洁且对话式的产品UI内容;
  • 与跨全球时区的团队会面,以推动一致的产品叙事;
  • 在快节奏、充满活力的工作环境中与设计、产品、研究和营销团队协作;
  • 参与设计和内容设计评审,以推动产品的一致性并提高内容质量;

任职资格:

  • 精通英语书面沟通,至少拥有1年为软件产品进行英文写作(或相关用户体验、营销、翻译、口译或写作经验)的经验是必须的 ;
  • 能够让设计和内容选择合理化;
  • 能够与相关决策方沟通并推进决策;
  • 具有复杂流程、多个场景和边缘案例的端到端产品交付经验;
  • 有与产品管理、产品设计、用户研究、工程和本地化团队合作的经验;
  • 有使用Figma的经验;

If you're passionate about creating human-centric design and innovation, we invite you to join our award-winning Lenovo Design Innovation Team at one of Lenovo's design centers. We're looking for an experienced technical Writer with AI expertise to help shape UX strategies and craft content experiences that meet the needs of our users. Through clear, expressive writing, technical writers build products that captivate and engage our users, and transform product features and concepts so that they're intuitive and easy to understand. You'll actively build relationships with stakeholders including Product Management, Product Design, Brand and Marketing, Engineering, and Localization teams to champion content design.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit content across product life cycle for users.
  • Support process improvement, contribute to copy guidelines and increase our ability to drive impact;
  • Write, proofread, and edit concise and conversational product UI content;
  • Meet with teams across global time zones to drive a cohesive product narrative;
  • Collaborate with design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
  • Participate in design and content design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across e-commerce products;

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills in English, minimum of 1 year of writing (or relevant UX, marketing, translating, interpretation or writing experience) in English for software products is a must;
  • Ability to rationalize design choices and content variations;
  • Ability to communicate decisions with stakeholders;
  • Experience collaborating with product management, product design, user research, engineering, and localization teams;
  • Experience shipping end-to-end products with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases; Experience using Figma;
