Position Description

• Leading technical expert and primary tech focal for web production platform and website UX implementation in Web Production Centre (WPC) Beijing. BMS owner of WPC Beijing Web UX implementation process.
• Technical owner of AP Geo implementation of global UX and function enhancements; support building the Web site UX and function roadmap for AP Geo by integrating WW initiatives and local business needs
• Leading tech consultant for critical system bugs and issues for all teams in WPC Beijing; primary tech owner who works with IT and relevant teams to drive continuous improvement of system stability and function usability.
• WPC leader in global web development community; trailblazer, trainer and evangelist of new tools, technology and skills in WPC Beijing

Position Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Web-based development or operations role, maintaining or developing enterprise level Web systems. eCommerce experience is preferred.
• Expert of front-end Web skills, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Working level knowledge of issues surrounding Web user experience, Web UI design and SEO/SEM.
• Bachelor degree in computer science, Internet or eCommerce related field is preferred
• Sufficiently skilled in written and verbal English, able to communicate in English work environment. Previous experience in international cross-culture work environment is strongly desired.

• Team player; experience as expertise consultant / team trainer / influencer is required. Tech lead role in large-scale Web projects or Enterprise level Web system maintenance is strongly desired.
• Process thinking; experienced in defining and maintaining standard technical and operational processes. Certification such as PMP and six-sigma is preferred.
• Quick learner; apt to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
