职位描述和要求:

Job descriptions：

Drive for world process harmonization and optimization. Responsible for end to end tax model design . During the project, this role needs

1. To understand E2E process, drive tax business and IT team work together;

2. Collect the requirement from the user and analysis;

3. Deliver the requirement document to IT for the development;

4. Support testing and manage change;

5. Support the localization requirement.

Requirements：

1. Have the experience on full cycle project management and deployment;

2. Preference in having SAP HANA knowledge;

3. Have finance& tax knowledge;

Professional Skill Requirements ·         

1. Able to work independently and with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;   

2. Pay attention to detail with result oriented ; 

3. Possess strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders locally and on a remote basis; 

4. Exceptional ability in influencing change, drive results through efficient and practical execute approach.
