职位描述和要求:

Key Responsibilities:
1.Focus on Server System validation and act as site engineer leader
2.Master firmware technology and the interaction of server subsystem
3.Identify, review design SPECs and deliver test cases, SOPs regarding product specifications
4.Identify in-house/industry standard test utility
5.Drive product quality improvement to exceed the customers’ expectations
Job Requirements:
1.Ability to study open standards and new technologies.
2.Ability to debug and resolve difficult technical problems and strong troubleshooting skills
3.Ability to determine the feasibility of projects in a fast paced deadline driven environment
4.Ability to anticipate problems proactively and take appropriate actions to mitigate negative impact
5.Ability to work within a team environment as well as ability to work independently.
6.Verbal and written English communication skills
7.8 years X86 design & validation background. Additional networking/storage knowledge is preferred. Have proven experience defining test plans and test execution.
8.Familiar with test utility/script design and implementation is a plus. Known automation framework such as Jenkins, Xunittest or others and solid coding working experience
9.Experienced in using/testing BIOS/UEFI/IMM/iLO/XCC/iDRAC are preferred.
