职位描述和要求:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Operations
As the communication conjunction to collect & analyze requests from local business team, coordinate relevant teams both internal and external to launch/withdraw products on time or trouble shoot any issues that block or impact customer shopping experiences.
l Quick and accurate understanding & response to local team’s requirements.
l Evaluation & prioritization & multi-tasking to make sure all requests/projects roll out as aligned without delay.
l Coordinating or collaborating with multi-teams to drive the successful launch of projects related to product mgmt..
l Smooth cross culture communication with stakeholders, CX satisfaction would be one of the key performance indicator.
2. Issue Management
Co-work with IT and relevant teams to drive the speeded problem solving and deep analysis to the causes, and continuously drive the quality improving to guarantee a stable/high performance eComm system.
l Drive best practices/mechanisms for issue addressing, speed up the fixing of critical bugs.
l Initiate/keep improving the effective measurement of the bug management.
l Insightful issue analysis to root causes to prevent/reduce similar issues from happening in future
3. Project Support
Identify and initiate projects to improve operating efficiency or solve business pain points or improve end customer shopping experiences. Support projects initiated by eCommerce or related to .com from product perspective. Drive the successful launch of key projects. Which will include but not limited to:
l As the sponsor or owner to initiate a project, and play the PM role to manage the entire rollout which may include co-work w/ IT on the development, coordinate relevant teams/members to verify and do necessary setup .etc
l As the consultant to provide necessary guide or knowledge sharing to any team that reached out to us.
l Carry out thorough UAT and identify/contain any potential major issues at earlier phase instead of going PROD.
l Be the interpreter to introduce key projects to local business team or teams concerned and drive for roll out.
Job Requirements:
- Japanese & English fluency.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong skills in communication/prioritization/ problem solving.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
