Description and Requirements
Lenovo / Motorola is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Specialist to join our Motorola smartphone business in France. You will report to our Senior Business Development Manager, Motorola B2B.
Your primary duties are:
- Technical pre-sales solution provider on Lenovo and Motorola Thinkshield products.
- It is expected that you will build a deep knowledge of the b2b Motorola device product range and solutions, will be the ‘go-to’ person for many pre-sales technical requests and trial support.
- Responsible for technical escalations and working with our product development teams to deliver a working solution in a timely manner.
- Support Enterprise customers in France and remotely in EU on reported technical issues.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work with France and EU Account Sales teams to support Enterprise customers as part of the technical sales process
- Act as focal point to the customer for technical escalations on Android Enterprise, AER, Android OS, specific handset features and Government and Regulatory certificates
- Collaborate with Enterprise KAMs in France and EU to provide input against competition device analysis and SW solutions
- Complete enterprise features during tender documentation
- Understand and communicate the benefits and capabilities of our Enterprise portfolio and Motorola Thinkshield services and solutions to; Global Account Sales organization; Global Account Customers up to C- level engagement; Motorola WW product teams; OEM and solution business colleagues; Resellers, Alliance partners, Google and leading EMM providers
- Continuously maintain/enhance technical skills on relevant products and industry shifts and use cases for mobile phones in OEM environments
- Provide in-depth solution knowledge & product expertise of Motorola device product range to global account sales teams
- Provide support for low level technical questions from France and EU Sales
- Attendance at relevant Industry events such as Mobile World Congress (when applicable)
Your Qualities/Skills
- Excellent product knowledge across Smartphones and Android Enterprise
- Have previous experience working in a b2b pre-sales support role
- Ideal to have Google Android certification, Professional
- Have hands on knowledge and experience of Android Enterprise device management solutions, Zero Touch enrolment and policies
- Superior problem solving & analysis skills, commitment & action oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Strong knowledge of 5G applications, features, benefits and use cases
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Willingness to travel - at least 20 % of time
