Description and Requirements



We are seeking a results-oriented EMEA Accessories Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success and growth of our accessories business across all commercial segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business reporting, marketing funds allocation, fundings management, and demand planning for all accessories categories. A role deeply connected with product management and business management. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance team effectiveness, drive business result, and align team goals with the organization’s objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, collaboration and communication skills to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee business reporting for the EMEA accessories division, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance. This includes weekly reviews with EMEA teams and regular reviews with the worldwide organization.
  • Consolidate the EMEA plans and manage the creation of financial models, forecasts, dashboards and performance reports to assess profitability and make data-driven decisions. Provide senior leadership with insights into financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Manage the allocation of marketing funds to ensure optimal use and return on investment.
  • Handle fundings management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of financials for the relationship business.
  • Develop and execute demand planning strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs in collaboration with product and business managers.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
  • Monitor back-end functions and be the team leader of any change to improve our speed of doing business.
  • Identify and execute profit-boosting initiatives, including revenue growth strategies, cost-saving programs, and operational improvements. Recommend pricing strategies and cost management techniques to enhance margins.
  • Drive cross-departmental projects that impact profitability.
  • Change Management: Lead and guide the organization through profitability-related change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cost consciousness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the technology or accessories industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.  Experience in data analysis/metric development/dashboard development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. BI tools).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-starter who can manage ambiguity and multi-geography business and able to respond quickly to multiple issues and work under pressure.
