职位描述和要求:

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with third‑party technology partners to co‑develop and deliver AI‑driven proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) demonstrating leading‑edge innovation.
2. Conduct hands‑on R&D, including AI development, prototyping, and technical experimentation.
3. Integrate partner technologies with internal AI systems to validate feasibility and performance.
4. Iterate rapidly on AI solutions to produce high‑quality, technically rigorous POC outcomes.

Job Requirements

1. More than 5 years of experience in AI development, with a solid technical and practical foundation.

2. Prior experience in innovative product exploration and development is strongly preferred.

3. Master’s degree or above in a relevant field; PhD preferred.

4. Experience leading a small team or taking on technical/team lead

岗位职责
  1. 与第三方技术合作伙伴协同合作，共同开发并交付基于 AI 的概念验证（POC），展示前沿技术创新能力。
  2. 承担动手型研发工作，包括 AI 开发、原型构建及技术实验。
  3. 将合作伙伴技术与公司内部 AI 系统进行集成，验证技术可行性与性能表现。
  4. 快速迭代 AI 解决方案，产出高质量、技术严谨的概念验证成果。
岗位要求
  1. 具备 5 年以上 AI 研发相关经验，拥有扎实的技术基础和实践能力。
  2. 具备创新型产品探索与开发经验者优先。
  3. 相关专业 硕士及以上学历，博士优先。
  4. 具备带领小型团队或承担技术负责人 / 技术带头人角色的经验。
