Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Ads account of Motorola internet services register/management, etc.
· Responsible for Ads campaign configuration/operation/review/optimization via Ads platform
· Responsible for Ads effects data tracking/reporting/increment measure based on Ads data
· Responsible for simple Ads material creating/managing
· Responsible for daily operation work of Surface/Traffic monetization
· Assist in the planning and execution of operations activities for projects / assignments associated with implementing local brand, offering, solution, service or industry/segment business plans
· Support the efforts of teams responsible for selling and installing Lenovo internet services products, offerings, solutions, and services
· Develop and plan various programs
· Assist senior professionals in preparing proposals or business cases for non-complex offerings/solutions
· Communicate to Product/Business development/ other organizations
Interaction
· Learn from higher-level professionals; assist them in carrying out assigned projects and programs
· Collaborate with team members assigned projects and programs
· Negotiate some aspects of projects in conjunction with more senior members of the department; obtain agreement on the implementation operations activities, as well as the requirements of the internal & external partners
Problem Solving
· Recognize problems relative to assignments as they arise; resolve them in line with management expectations or guidance, or by using existing guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of full-time relevant work experience with bachelor's degree or above
• Familiar with third-party advertising platforms such as ad mob/ad manager and able to operate proficiently
• 1+ year of relevant working experience in mobile industry (Internet services, Commercialization, Engagement and Growth, etc.)
• Experience driving business & engagement
• Experience using big data to drive business decisions, analytics tracking and insight generation
• Experience in consumer engagement in digital channels and digital services
• Fluent in English communication and collaboration.
With experience in overseas advertising operations,and AdMob operation experience.
