岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

1.Have vision of the industry best practice and guide finance business to achieve corporate strategy with the solution;

2. Represent Finance team to participate in cross-function projects；

3. Identify business requirements from various business units for finance/accounting/tax process and reporting, work with relevant IT functions to produceworkable solution proposals

4. Track project progress closely to ensure on-time delivery and flawless operations

5. Coordinate cross-function teams to identify issues that lead to inaccurate finance result, reporting, and propose solutions accordingly

6. Lead cross-function teams to establish and/or optimize finance processes to support various business scenarios

7. Review, develop and optimize service finance and operation treatment principles to align with business nature and needs

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

1. Involved in enterprise information projects in large SAP application enterprises, familiar with SAP /S4 FICO practices in manufacturing enterprises

2. At least 3 year experience in project management practices

3. Well developed oral and written communication skills in both mandarin and English
