Job description:

• Enhance ESG Biz development capabilities and product R&D capabilities.
• Identify new ESG opportunities from business operations and the product value chain, support the development and iterative upgrading of the company's ESG-related products and solutions, and possess the ability to develop ESG scenario solutions and insights into market needs.
• Conduct ESG policy interpretation, industry benchmarking, competitor analysis, business planning, etc., and provide professional support to the company's business units in customer research, demand analysis, pre-sales support, consulting planning, business innovation, and project implementation.
• Focus on low-carbon data center solutions and liquid-cooled servers, upgrading solutions and implementing projects from the perspectives of carbon markets, energy saving and consumption reduction, green financial tools, and other ESG dimensions.
• Communicate efficiently with clients to enhance the professionalism, influence, and recognition of the company's ESG products and solutions. Collaborate with the business team to coordinate internal and external resources, and be responsible for the implementation of ESG products and solutions at client sites.
• Support other tasks required by the team, contributing to the promotion of the company's ESG and sustainability projects.

Requirements:

• Over 12 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Familiar with ESG-related policies and industry trends, with extensive market insight, including but not limited to carbon markets, green finance, national/regional energy-saving subsidy policies, and renewable energy.
• Extensive experience in industry/region/company ESG and sustainable development strategy research, as well as in designing and developing ESG products and solutions.
• Comprehensive professional knowledge of low-carbon data centers and servers.
• Strong capabilities in customer relationship planning, expansion, and satisfaction management.
• A wealth of client resources.
• Team player with significant experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
