职位描述和要求:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the financial process for SSC (Service Supply Chain) across ROW. Responsible for the annual Budgeting of SSC related cost – Parts, Logistic, E&O.
2. Support Mx forecasting process on SSC cost, by Geo by cost tower.
3. Responsible for Monthly closing.
4. Working with the business leaders to develop the financial process and drive cost efficiency.
5. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
6. Provide explanation on key business drivers based on the business results.
7. Independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholders.
8. Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions.
9. Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models.
10. Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control posture.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates with Finance and Accounting degree.
2. Candidates with at least 3 years (Tianjin)/8 years (Beijing) of experience in FP&A, experience in Services Business Unit is appreciated.
3. Advanced MS excel and Powerpoint skills with Macros.
4. Experience using BPC, SAP.
5. Fluent in spoken and written English.
