Procurement GCM for IT category, in charge of specific IT category procurement, include:

1.  supplier sourcing and selection for stakeholder's purchase requirement.

2. Pricing negotiation to get competitive pricing for company.

3. Contract T&C negotiation/approval process/signature.

4. Procurement system management and fulfillment;

5. Procurement data management and analysis.

6. Follow procurement process to ensure business compliance.

7. Procurement process optimization opportunity.

Position Requirement：

1. Education requirement. bachelor's degree or equivalent and above.

2. Good communication and logic thinking skills.

4. Fluent oral English and good at English writing and reading.

5. Willing to learn and fast learner.

6. Integrity and trustworthiness.

7. Knowledge of sourcing procurement process and requirements.

8. Supply chain knowledge. better to have experience on global sourcing activity.

9. Supplier management and negotiation skills.

10. Preferred candidate familiar with IT industry; Preferred candidate with data management and data analysis skills.
