Job Overview: Responsible for mechanical design and engineering of Autonomous Driving/ADAS/In-Vehicle Infotainment compute projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 List the essential duties required to carry out this job.

• Lead the mechanical design and engineering of Autonomous Driving/ADAS/In-Vehicle Infotainment compute products, from requirement analysis to mass production
• Co-work with Thermal/EE/layout engineer to create mechanical architecture, and PCBA stacking design based on requirements analysis
• Perform mechanical detail design, material and process definition
• Mechanical part DFM / DFA review, tooling trial review and approval
• Track projects and progress through regular reviews
• Assist product cost control and cost down, assist sourcing team develop supplier
• Build lessons learn, keep learning new technology, process and material
• Provide technical support to customer and sales team

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mechanical design and engineering experience, with bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 1+ years of Automotive Electronics product experience, with at least one of the following three products experience: IVI domain, ADAS domain, Autonomous Driving domain controllers
• Experience in developing of products from requirement to mass products, with rich experience of mechanical design, PCBA stacking, material & manufacture feasibility study & DOE
• Familiar with GD&T, TSA, DFMEA, etc.
• Skilled with software tools, like Catia, Creo, NX
• Familiar with Automotive connectors and related vendors
• Work in a self-motivating way and autonomously find correct direction to solve problems
• High level of document written skills in both Chinese & English, OK level communication skill in English
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, supplier & other stake holders
