职位描述和要求:

· Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Algorithm Researcher/Engineer to develop and optimize AI algorithms for real-world scenarios. You will conduct algorithm research, build and iterate LLM-based AI agents and enterprise knowledge bases, and deliver reliable, high-performance AI solutions. This role integrates academic research with engineering implementation, covering data mining, time-series forecasting, causal analysis, operational optimization, reinforcement learning, LLM fine-tuning, agent development and knowledge base construction.

· Key Responsibilities

· Research, model and implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms for business scenarios.

· Develop and iterate LLM-based AI agents, and build, optimize and maintain enterprise structured & unstructured knowledge bases.

· Practice core AI technologies including data mining, feature engineering, time-series forecasting, causal analysis, operational optimization, reinforcement learning and LLM fine-tuning.

· Design, train, optimize and deploy AI models to solve complex business and industrial problems.

· Build efficient algorithm pipelines, continuously improve model accuracy, stability and operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to land and iterate AI solutions, and track cutting-edge AI technologies to drive business empowerment.

· Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or other related technical fields.

· Solid hands-on project experience in data mining, feature engineering, time-series forecasting, causal analysis, operational optimization, reinforcement learning, LLM fine-tuning, AI agent development and knowledge base construction.

· Proficient in mainstream ML/DL frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

· Solid data structure and database foundation; skilled in SQL and Python algorithm modeling & data analysis.

· Strong self-learning ability, technical curiosity and passion for solving practical problems with AI techno
