Description and Requirements

Do you have the right skills and ambition to join our fast growing Motorola smartphone business? Can you offer a high level of customer support and added value to our partners? We have ambitious plans to continue our fast growth on Iberia B2B smartphone market and that is why we need your help.

You will report to our MBG General Manager Iberia and will be part of our Iberia Motorola team. You will play a key role in the next phase of our growth plan, winning new clients and unleashing the full potential of our key partners.

 

What will be your tasks once you join our team?

  • Generate new business working closely with all the Lenovo teams, reseller partners and end user accounts
  • Partnering with all identified accounts and anticipate future customer needs
  • Responsible for business development pipeline
  • Maintain professional communication with management regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
  • Own and be in charge of forecast and reporting within the CRM tool; also be in charge of revenue, margins, and growth
  • Control costs, protect/maintain margins in line with corporate objectives
  • Run device sales and support resources directly or indirectly in the development of advanced solution-selling concepts
  • Formulate concrete plans, making sure that the skills of the Lenovo sales force in the sector are continuously upgraded
 

Don’t hesitate to send us your CV if you have:

  • 4+ years of sales experience preferably in the technology hardware industry
  • Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models
  • Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources at the right stage in the selling process
  • Strong influencer and confident presenter 
  • Good networking skills, with the ability to communicate across complex matrix organisations
  • Good analytical approach - to be able to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research
  • Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
