Job Description
* Assist marketing manager in develop, deploy, and control all Marketing and Communications campaigns, including Events, Advertising (online, offline), incentive programs, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement, among others.
* Develop digital led / always on end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive new customers acquisitions, lead generations and brand awareness.
* Liaise with all concerned parties (sales, channels, procurement, product) to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
* Expertise in both Marketing to End Users and Marketing to Business.
* Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
* Work closely with alliance partners to drive partner marketing campaign.
* Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
* This role is based in Lima, Peru and the scope includes Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Ecuador.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
* At least 3+ years of experience in marketing with strong background in marketing campaigns.
* Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
* Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
* Well-organized and detail oriented.
* Working knowledge of market research, trends, surveys, and data analytics.
* Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
