Job Description

Role:

Responsible for achieving sales goals within Lenovo-Motorola Peru  Accounts. Proven account management and sales leadership is required. Accountable for development and execution of an account sales strategy which will feed into the Business plan. Represents Lenovo and Motorola brands with our Top costumers and persuades them to partner with us in the near and long term. Also responsible for representing the customer perspective to internal teams. Ability to initiate and build excellent working relationships with highest level customer contacts, diverse decision makers and influencers required. Must be self-motivated and operate without supervision. Creates and uses sales tools; excellent communications, business/marketing skills a must, and strong financial and computer skills required.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Personally, responsible for Lenovo-Motorola Peru accounts. Considered an industry expert. Establishes and directs many levels of multi-functional (marketing, sales support, supply chain, etc.) direct interfaces between Lenovo MBG and customer resources to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and account plan execution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Relationship development skills at multiple levels within a client organization
  • Expert on telecom business.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Team players wanted
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Peru´s Telecommunication industry trends, future industry priorities, opportunities, and threats.
  • Helps customers create market changing approaches. Experience creating new business strategies
  • Develops guidance for others. Sets strong precedent for innovation and personal expertise in developing creative ideas, solutions, method and techniques. Accountable for decisions that have a direct impact on Lenovo Mobile Group unit.
  • Defines the customer interface for key accounts in Lenovo MBG unit. Sets stage for success through strategic customer interface.
  • Directs or controls the business outcomes for sales and non-sales groups. Responsible for revenue, margins, and expenses for business in Peru.
