Description and Requirements

We are looking for a recognized expert in mobile sales that will be accountable for the development of the Motorola Carrier business in Spain. We have ambitious growth plans, and this is a new position to support them! 

 

You will report to our General Manager for the business segment and your key areas of responsibilities are to:

  1. Identify and prioritize opportunities in Telco customer
  2. Build strong customer relationship at all levels
  3. Build programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets
  4. Build action plans with each segment 
  5. Build effective relationships with the Country/Region Sales team & Management
  6. Interact with the EMEA and local teams to get insights on our competitive position
  7. Maintain expertise on focus product and overall industry trends
  8. Interface with Marketing to have the right marketing mix in place at regional level
 

What do we expect from you?

  1. Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in business development / sales role in the mobile industry (experience from operators/carrier is desirable)
  2. Proven track record in sales of volume products
  3. Track of record in building and executing business development plans
  4. Superior verbal and written communication skills
  5. Fluent in English and Spanish
