Description and Requirements

 The Sr. Solution Sales Rep manager will manage relationships with the private enterprise accounts in Perú. She/he is responsible for market execution in the customers. This position is required a flexibility, proactive and ordely person with an excellence communications.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Manage your territory: 

  • Manage your sales territory and accounts engagement to ensure sufficient opportunities to meet and exceed quota targets. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with Account decision makers, decision influencers, key business partners and influencers in your territory. 
  • Develop long term sales pipeline and relationships to increase Lenovo's revenue. 
  • Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objectives and quotas are met. 
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry. 
 

Close deals: 

  • Sell complex products or solutions to customers on a partnership basis while ensuring that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs with the help of dedicated technical specialists. 
  • Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support. 
  • Maintain expertise on typical budgets, objectives, measures, and metrics of the customer's leadership team. 
  • Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals. 
 

What you'll bring: 

  • Have knowledge of the IT industry + the ability to learn and present portfolios to customers while effectively communicating the value of Lenovo solutions 
  • Be connected with the market and customer business requirements 
  • Ability to penetrate new accounts, acquire and close opportunities 
  • Excellent verbal/ written communication skills in French and English language 
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience dealing with C-level executives
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large companies.
