Descrição e requisitos

Job Description:
  • Executes, plans and controls the performance media strategy for Lenovo.com. Manages the marketing budget and the advertising agencies. Improves campaigns results constantly and is comfortable making strategic decisions based on analytics and trends.
  • Be responsible for demand generation across all programs: SEM, Affiliate, Paid Social, Display, Email and Video.
  • Improve and optimizes results constantly in order to hit revenue and traffic targets and other main KPIs.
  • Use Adobe Analytics constantly and makes proactive decisions to hit targets. Create reports and dashboards to track media execution.
  • Manage the advertising agencies on a daily basis, shares targets, budget and serve as a focal point for all demand generation activities.
  • Work with the global teams in the USA to provide visibility on local execution of each program and pursue opportunities brought from other geos.
  • Control several marketing funds, creates media plans and follows guidelines from Lenovo’s alliances.
  • Sends briefings to the internal design team and advertising agencies, ensuring compliance with brands and comarketing guidelines.
  • Follow and support the promo calendar in line with demand generation activities to maximize the conversion rates.
  • Participate in new projects related to the design and functionality of the e-commerce platform and related tools, including the implementation, maintenance and optimization of third-party codes / tags related to e-commerce programs and activities;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention to the Lenovo Online Store.
  • Strong organization, communication and negotiation skills needed to manage relationships with extended teams (internal and external) to ensure proper support.
  •  Experience managing complex tasks and processes, as well as a marketing budget. 
  •  Certifications in search, social and display ads.
  •  Advanced English (Spanish is desired).
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in E-commerce teams or digital agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related field with emphasis on Digital Media.
  • Strong organization, communication and negotiation skills needed to manage relationships with extended teams (internal and external) to ensure proper support.
  •  Experience managing complex tasks and processes, as well as a marketing budget. 
  •  Certifications in search, social and display ads.
  •  Advanced English (Spanish is desired).
