The Marketing Planner Specialist will support the Branding Manager in daily interactions with internal and external clients and project management, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
The professional must have a sense of prioritization, be organized, adaptable, and tirelessly passionate about their work.
Among the main responsibilities, the Marketing Planner Specialist must:
Support the Branding Manager in the creative strategy for developing local campaigns, adapting global campaigns, project management, and creating a wide range of deliverables.
Assist in localizing copy guides, KSPs, and campaign materials to ensure they align with local culture and message comprehension.
Be extremely cautious and detail-oriented in reviewing and correcting materials, ensuring all creative assets are accurate for publication.
Develop monthly performance reports.
Lead communication with agencies and other external suppliers.
Address internal client demands by receiving briefings and managing requests according to SLAs.
Academic Background:
Advertising, Marketing, or Communication
Professional Experience:
Large experience within Agencies
At least 08-10 years of experience in marketing, with knowledge in developing both online and offline media campaigns.
Preferably with experience in retail or the electronics industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content.
Understanding of branding strategy.
Experience in team coordination.
Advanced English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Adobe Suite (a plus).
Ability to evaluate online and offline marketing plans.
Able to work in a hybrid format (3x office, 2x home office)
