Job Description

Overview

The Senior Culture Consultant is a strategic thought leader responsible for driving and shaping the organization’s culture to align with its business objectives. This role will be instrumental in designing and executing a comprehensive culture transformation plan that fosters a entrepreneurial, innovative, high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

      Develop and implement a holistic culture strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and vision.

      Identify and define key cultural pillars that will drive business transformation.

      Design and execute a comprehensive culture transformation plan, including leadership development, policy/process optimization, employee engagement programs, and people metrics.

      Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to define culture priorities and ensure alignment.

      Conduct thorough culture assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.

      Develop and implement change management strategies to support culture transformation initiatives.

      Measure and track culture metrics to assess progress and ROI.

      Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.

      Provide strategic guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels.

      Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in culture and organizational development.

Qualifications

      Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.

      Minimum of 10 years of experience in culture transformation, organizational development, or leadership development.

      Proven track record of successfully leading culture initiatives in a complex, global organization.

      Deep understanding of organizational culture, leadership, and change management principles.

      Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

      Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

      Consulting experience in a global company or consulting firm.

      Experience with change management methodologies and tools.

      Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
