You will scope and plan reviews, prioritize the reviews based on their complexity and urgency, and allocate review board resources to ensure products are reviewed within an appropriate time frame.  You will keep metrics and KPIs to track the Review Board’s performance over time ensuring that growth, improvements, and gaps are accurately communicated to management.

You will have excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring that development teams, other security team members, and management are well informed.

In Summary you will:

• Interface with the Linux OS team and other product development teams to obtain product roadmaps and plans
• Schedule security reviews and prioritize allocation of review team resources
• Drive product development teams to mitigate security issues found
• Generate metrics that motivate continuous security improvement and on-schedule product delivery

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience with coordinating teams and prioritizing tasks & resources
• Experience using JIRA & Confluence platforms
• Fluent Portuguese
• Intermediate English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile processes
• Experience working in a technology product development environment
• Experience working within open-source projects and communities
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Advanced English
• Capable of working independently and effectively in a performance-focused environment
