■Roles and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for establishing/driving Revenue and Profit in Lenovo Japan Education segment as Education Business Development Manager by owning the following roles.

-Channel Development co-working with Sales team, business partners
-Alliance Development co-working with Alliance partners
- Marketing plans and execution co-working with Marketing team
- Sales enablement and training
- Solution and offering development co-working with product managers
- Opportunity finding and deal closing co-working with Sales team
- Business performance/KPI tracking and reporting

■Key Interaction with:
- Customers (i.e. Board of Education)
- Business Partners
- Alliance Partners
- Commercial Sales
- Marketing

■Business Trip (Location, frequency):
- Local Area in Japan, 5-6 per quarter

■Career Path:
 Sr. Manager of Education BDM lead, Segment Business Planning, Sales Lead


Requirement 

MUST TO HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in IT HW industry for commercial segment
- 1+ year of experience in Sales or BDM role for channel business
- Basic knowledge about Microsoft Windows
- Ability and passion to achieve business target

GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in education business
- Understanding of channel structure, distributors/resellers in commercial business
- Basic knowledge about Cloud, Chromebook
- Entry level English skills (TOEIC 500+pts)
