Description and Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated hunter sales who can build and maintain customer relationships.

You will directly report to the Country General Manager and will have strong interfaces to the markets business, sales operations as well as different EMEA and supporting functions.


You will be responsible for:

-         Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure in collaboration with a great team including technical experts, sales support functions as well as marketing

-         Develop and maintain account plans to support your account strategy

-         Identify opportunities to deliver customer value

-         Manage the buying center to successfully position Lenovo solutions

-         Create and develop a sustainable pipeline with short-, mid- and long term opportunities

-         Cultivate strong relationships with third parties, suppliers and business partners to jointly develop the market and win together


What will you bring / Position Requirements:

-         A proven track record in selling and knowledge about the data center business for at least 5 years

-         Proven ability to sell Data Center solutions consisting of servers, storage, Software Defined Infrastructure as well as professional services

-         Right balance of listening to customers, requirements gathering and creating solutions

-         Entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate and focussed

-         Fluent in German and English (French or Italian are a huge advantage)
