Position Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Inside Account Manager for our Enterprise Accounts (location: Stuttgart or Essen). As our Inside Account Manager you will work collaboratively with the Hybrid Account Manager to manage all presales activities for a given set of Enterprise accounts and will report to the segment Sales Manager. You will collaborate with the decision makers at our clients and internal stakeholders to provide support of sales opportunities and ensures the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architected to solve our client's business problems. This job role includes:
- Being enthusiastic and willing to win
- Providing proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone and email
- Working closely with Hybrid Account Manager in the ongoing development of opportunities and management existing accounts
- Assisting the Hybrid Account Manager with customer requests and ongoing communication touchpoints that drive Customer Experience (CX)
- Acting as the PC specialist by working directly with the customer for configurations to ensure meeting needs of customer along with updates on status
- Pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecast and opportunity management to Hybrid Account Manager for customer tracking and identifying and confirming ongoing sales needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence customer decisions to close business
- Leveraging technical sales team for complex configurations
- Works collaboratively with Hybrid Account Manager for development of value proposition and solution roadmap

Position Requirements
- First experience aiding in solution-based sales
- Solid knowledge of the scope of Lenovo's products and services
- High proficiency in executive level written and verbal communication skills
- Advantageous previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry; proven successful sales experience and contracts knowledge
- Existing IT skills are a plus but not a prerequisite
- Should have successful history of new business sales, strong direct sales experience, consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals. Proven results in growing, developing & managing acquisition accounts is a must
- Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills
- Should learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Should maintain an understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use them appropriately
- Can differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities
