Description and Requirements

    Lenovo is always looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate team players to join our Channel Sales or Distribution Team.

    Together with your team you will be accountable as Channel Sales Representative, Distribution Account Manager or Inside Channel/Distribution Account Manager to hypergrow our market-leading technology solutions to create awesome customer experience!

    Possible fields of responsibility:

    • Take care of an assigned set of channel or distribution partners and working closely together with them to drive the Lenovo business successfully
    • Act as a solution advisor leveraging Lenovo’s full product portfolio for your partners.
    • Drive targeted marketing and sales activities together with your team and the partners to increase the sales and achieve the targets set.
    • Yes, it is also about numbers: You’ll take care of weekly status reporting, forecasting and business planning vs. target.
    • Creating metric driven plans to grow Lenovo share within your partner territory.
    • By managing and maintaining account relationships through various level of engagement you are responsible for the overall satisfaction of the assigned partners.
    • And it’s all about teaming, you’ll be working closely with various teams within Lenovo such as Endcustomer Sales teams, Technical Sales Specialists/Product Sales Specialists, 4P- and Business Management as well as Marketing and Services.

    You have:

    • Channel, Distribution and/or Direct Sales competences and experience
    • The ability to transfer product offering into tailored solutions which matches the customer’s needs.
    • Experience in Technology sector (preferred; PC/IT hardware, Solutions, Services)
    • Strong office 365 user skills
    • Fluent Language-Skills in German and English
    • Excellent presentation and digital communication skills
    • Risk-taking & Self-starter mentality
