Description and Requirements

Someone who by DNA challenges the status quo? Then come and join us as: Services & Solution Sales Leader Enterprise & Public Sector.

You will be responsible for leading a sales organization of experienced solution and services sellers for Lenovo’s Enterprise & Public Sector Accounts in Germany & Austria (GAT). You will report directly to the GAT Services & Solution Sales Leader and be responsible for driving solutions and services sales growth while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. You will partner with colleagues and cross functional teams in EMEA and worldwide. You will show exceptional strength in driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales programs, business management, execution and developing c-level relationships with key clients.

You Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve targets and improve customer service with clients.
  • Cultivate lasting C level relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Support Lenovo’s transformation to a services and solution-led business by coaching the core services and extended account teams
  • Achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo while driving growth across a variety of offerings
  • Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments
  • Define framework to manage long term strategy & forecasting by effectively and consistently using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics

Position Requirements:

  • 8+ years of senior services sales and people management experience
  • Strong background in services & solution sales with financial acumen and business management skills
  • Drive a solution-selling mindset and support extended teams to apply solution-selling skills
  • Ability to orchestrate an extended team of direct reports and support functions to create E2E customer solutions
  • Successful track record selling to C level executives and leading sellers responsible for large enterprise and public sector accounts
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset and effective strategic decision making both internally and externally with customers
  • Exceptional communication, both oral and written, and polished presentation skills
  • Solid prioritization skills, attention to detail, commitment to deadlines
  • Proven ability to operate with a high level of professionalism, entrepreneurialism, and agility
  • Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization with a teaming attitude
