Description and Requirements
We are looking for a passionate Sr. Client Sales Manager for selected accounts in Germany. You will be the trusted advisor for assigned accounts to engage with the customer at different levels of the organisation in order to discuss and consult on their business strategy, transformational projects or IT initiatives within their company. You will then map the Client strategy with the Lenovo strategy. You will proactively work with the most senior decision makers at our clients in addition to internal stakeholders at Lenovo to ensure the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architected to solve our client’s most complex business problems. You are the opportunity identifier and the relationship manager both externally (customer) and internally and have the overall revenue and profit responsibility of all brands. You will work collaboratively with the Enterprise Strategic Accounts teams and reports to the One Lenovo Client Leader for Germany and Austria.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand the client’s business requirements and initiatives
- Know, understand and leverage the IT Governance model at his clients
- Represent all Lenovo Brands in front of the client and understands / develops cross brand solutions versus selling point products
- Orchestrate the complete Lenovo team our Intelligent Devices Group (Clients + Mobiles), our Infrastructure Solutions Group, members from the Services & Solutions Group and Financing
- Have a complete and deep understanding of the capabilities of all Lenovo Brands and solutions
- Work in a close matrix with the assigned Brand sellers
- Map Business and IT requirements to Lenovo solutions and products
- Activates and steers internal and external relations to have first-in-class solutions developed, positioned and sold that meet her/his accounts’ business and IT infrastructure requirements
- Leverage and involves the external ecosystem (software vendors) and leads solutions implementations which support business functions
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Position Requirements
Work experience:
- 9+ years sales experience in the IT market with a proven track record of success and a focus on solutions sales
- In-depth knowledge of the scope of Lenovo’s products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Proven ability to contact, qualify, develop and close leads
- Broad existing network (C-level)
- High proficiency in executive level verbal and written communication and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English language
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree
- Entrepreneurial personality, customer focused, and ability to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations
- Strong analytical skill set Solution Selling on C-level
- Prioritise customer focus, able to work under pressure of senior clients
- Excellent Negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to align people and influence decision making, effectively working in a matrix
- Collaborative working style and high commitment to get the job done
