Description and Requirements

1、持续研究目标用户群体,深入分析洞察用户需求; 2、参与用户端的产品设计工作,对产品的可用性、用户满意度等指标负责; 3、协调各资源,进行跨部门沟通,与各个业务团队配合,推动产品目标达成; 4、根据上线结果进行数据分析,快速迭代; 5、制定产品运营方案,提高用户体验,实现用户增长,并追求用户留存率。 1.3年以产品经理工作经验,对产品设计工作充满热情和梦想,思维活跃,富有创新精神,能承受较大的工作压力。 2.有敏锐的市场洞察能力,严密的逻辑分析能力,良好的沟通协作能力,以及一定的技术理解能力。 3.具有较强的人际沟通能力、适应性,应变能力,学习能力及团队管理能力; 4.英语流利
