Cloud and software grad program

This 12-month early career program is for new graduates entering the Cloud and Software Industry in the US. This program is built for candidates who have just completed a bachelor’s or master’s level degree and have less than 2 years working experience. CSW FGP provides an improved onboarding experience with enhanced acclimation to the team and corporate work setting. It includes training and resources throughout the program for continued development, dedicated mentorship/networking opportunities, and an intentional mindset on career growth.

Global finance talent program

GFTP is a global accelerated career development program that recruits top university graduates who have both a passion for technology and a strong aptitude for finance. Consisting of three 12-month rotations in key Finance positions at Lenovo locations globally, GFTP affords new graduates the opportunity to develop their professional finance skills and business acumen while gaining valuable work experience.

Lenovo accelerated sales rotational program

LASR is a two-year sales development program based out of our North America Headquarters in North Carolina. The program includes comprehensive onboarding, a business rotation to establish a strong sales foundation, professional development curricula, sales and product training, project management, and multiple rotations within the Inside Sales Organization. Motivated new grads interested in technology and desire to accelerate their career in sales, are encouraged to apply. Global supply chain rotational program

The Global Supply Chain Rotational Program is a two-year program in the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) that offers four challenging assignments, collaborative projects, process improvements, and leadership development in areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Management, Procurement, and Fulfillment, or as an Engineer in Manufacturing, Test, Systems, Quality. The program is looking for analytical thinkers who enjoy problem-solving and want to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

China future leaders program

This 2.5 year program is committed to developing talent within Lenovo's China Sales and Product Marketing teams. It includes customized training, career mentors, and a diversified development path.
