Description and Requirements

一、岗位职责 1.    结合公司战略,结合热点趋势,负责全年全国店面营销方案策划和落地执行。 2.    关注市场竞品及行业趋势,深挖不同类型用户体验痛点,形成与消费者有互动、有创新、可复制营销方法。 3.    结合会员体系,针对C端用户拉新、促活及长期营销规划。 二、岗位要求 1.    本科及以上,广告、市场、营销专业优先。 2.    具备良好的逻辑思维、项目统筹、数据分析能力,工作中有责任心,自驱力强。。 3.    熟悉互联网化传播模式,可运用新媒体等营销方法构建店面私域客户,展开持续经营。 4.    5年以上从业经验,3年以上线下店面营销工作经验,有品牌会员经营经验优先。 5.    电子类产品行业从业经验者优先,有一线销售经验者优先。
