Description and Requirements

1、负责设计、构建官网会员平台运营业务,统筹线上线下运营和资源统筹; 2、负责会员平台运营制度建设和机制设计; 4、负责会员平台运营分析,评价运营效果,并不断提出改进运营策略; 5、依据平台规划和不同的运营节奏,对多平台的页面布局、商品组件、跳转页面内容,商品上下架、摆位进行相应调整和统筹; 6、数据总结分析:每周对运营数据进行总结分析(活跃分析、交易分析、商品分析、用户分析等),并输出分析报告;   1、本科或以上学历,五年以上互联网平台运营相关经验,熟悉平台运营的各环节; 2、具有多平台(PC、移动端、小程序)协同运营、推广、管理经验 (有阿里,京东,蔚来会员经验者优先); 3、对互联网事物、网络营销事件高度敏感、熟悉各类营销操作手法与互联网语言,较强的平台规划及营销能力,掌握电商平台用户体验提升手段; 4、具备优秀的项目和团队协调、沟通、管理能力及优异的执行力。
