Description and Requirements

1、负责妥善处理客户对联想消费类产品和服务的疑难投诉的妥善处理,需要跨部门沟通协作,以客户为中心快速解决客户投诉; 2、负责网络舆情投诉或产品、服务、聚集性重大危机事件的统筹管理,负责整体危机事件的风险把控,牵头制定内外部应对举措,维护联想关键客户关系及品牌。 3、负责个人客户或集体客户到总部上访的妥善应对和接待,做好接待现场的风险管控和客户处理。
